Health Tips

A "TIP" is a bit of advice or information given by an expert or authoritative resource.

The tips I give you here come from no expertise other than my own experience and research!  BUT, I have done a lot of research and I have tried a lot of off the wall methods aimed at having great health.

According to the way I feel (no aches and pains - energy to sustain me throughout the day), and according to the numbers shown from my physical examinations, whatever I have learned and put in to practice, must have some sort of value at achieving good health.

So I share these "TIPS" with the purpose of giving you ideas, that you may then take back to your doctor and see if any might work for you!
